This week we'll be focusing on your CV assignments and 1/2-2/3 of the class will be dedicated to working on it. The only expected tasks for today are:
- Work through the Taxonomy Driven Slideshow walkthrough. (45-60 min) Ensure that you spend some time (30 min) on the 'additional exercises' by next week as those steps will probably be very helpful in developing your skills for the final assignment.
- Re: your CV assignment – plan your font selections and layout. Try to plan those today.
- Make sure you are making headway on organizing your seminar group. The schedule needs to be locked down by the end of Thursday and I will not schedule seminars in the last week. if you don't get organized all the later dates might get booked up and you'll be expected to present within the allotted time – which means you could get stuck presenting next week if you leave getting organized to the last minute.
